Join us in welcoming new team member Charles Tolliver, CAD Technician, to our Water/Wastewater Services group. Charles attended Houston Community College, where he received his certification in AutoCAD.  In addition, Charles is a Bentley Accredited MicroStation User and holds an Associate of Arts degree from City Colleges of Chicago – Wilbur Wright College.
