Energy Center I and II

Located within Houston’s Engergy corridor, the 638,000 square foot Energy Center I and II are the 2009 Green Project Landmark Award winner. With both buildings being fully LEED Certified, civil design took on a more in depth approach. Design consisted of water, sanitary, storm sewer subsurface design, as well as Storm Water Quality feature that reduced the amount of pollutants to enter the City’s public systems.
