All located within Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 116, Canyon Gate at the Brazos, Canyon Lakes at the Brazos and Lakes of Williams Ranch (a gated estate community) are part of a 750-acre planned community consisting of 1,520 lots and commercial reserves along both U.S. Hwy 59 and S.H. 99. RG Miller | DCCM’s design on the project involved a master dirt management plan, drainage facilities including several detention basins, lake amenity basins and drainage channels. Also included were both Grand Parkway and Texas Department of Transportation (“TxDOT”) coordination, a bridge over Rabbs Bayou, traffic signalization, lift stations, wastewater treatment plant facilities including water and wastewater regionalization with the City of Richmond, wetlands coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering and eighteen single-family residential sections.
