Harry Ward has joined R.G. Miller | DCCM as Director of Innovation, serving as the organization’s central resource and champion for innovation.  Harry is an innovative and award-winning professional engineer, who specializes in the creation, implementation, and execution of strategies that deliver successful solutions. 

With over 35 years of experience in all sectors of civil engineering, Harry has managed all phases of procurement, design, and deliverables for both private and public engineering projects using a proven method of combined practical business strategies with technology and staff development to significantly improve production times and project budgets.  

Harry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston, where he completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies.  As an accomplished professional, Harry has received notable recognition and numerous awards for his contributions to the civil engineering industry, that include:  

• “Outstanding Adjunct Faculty of the Year” from George Mason University 
• “Most Influential People” by Civil Engineering News 
• Best Autodesk Training Center, Professional Development Expert by Grading & Excavation Magazine
